In urma cu mai bine de 7 ani, am fost nevoita sa las deoparte jurispudenta si sa ma dedic familiei mele. Cautam variantele sanatoase ale preparatelor culinare ce le pregateam deja pentru cei dragi. Initial am crezut ca va fi imposibil sa combin sanatosul cu gustul fantastic al copilariei.
M-am mobilizat și am facut un curs de nutritie, iar apoi m-am specializat pe bucataria Raw Vegana la o școala din California.
Am descoperit o lume noua, un paradis culinar, si imi face placere sa impartasesc retete rapide și gustoase cu voi.
